The first step to solve any problem is to accept with integrity that the problem exists. Sony has confirmed that the data of 70 million of its customers might have been accessed by an unauthorised person. Shares of Sony fell by 5% on Thursday. The company might face a legal action but their integrity in accepting the problem upfront must be appreciated. Many times companies try to hush up a problem and do not admit it even when consumers report damages due to inadequate quality checks or data theft.
