Slow motion eating and brisk walking

This post is in the series of insights for use, where I share some insights through observation.

Slow motion eating:

Some days ago, I was eating some snack after exercise and in order to enjoy the taste, I started eating it slowing. I think when we enjoy taste of the food, we tend to chew it in slow motion. This inside could be used for any food category product.

Walking lightly:

When we are happy, we tend to take long strides and walk in a sort of jumping manner. I don’t how to define this walk, but I guess you’ve got what I mean. This insight can be used for a category where happiness is one of the emotional benefits.
